We are 10 minutes from Valencia Town Center as well as the 5 freeway. Studios and production facilities are minutes away as well as restaurants for your catering needs if needed.
Our 5 acre ranch has a ranch house, bunkhouse, a a tinkerers garage, mobile home, mare motel barn, pastures and horses for a backdrop. Several dirt roads. Lots of parking available for production vehicles. We have a security gate and security cameras for overnight parking of your production vehicles. Our ranch neighbors are also film friendly.
Since we back up against the Angeles National Forest….sagebrush style…we have no outside noise, light or background distractions…it’s dark here at night…you can actually see the stars! Spring is green, summer is brown, fall is, well FALL, and winter is typical Southern California…a mix of everything.
